IDM (International Drug Manufacturing Company) is located in SYRIA, Governorate of Aleppo (Al Qasimieh Str. – Ainjara – Jabal Sam’an District). The location is about 25 km away from Aleppo city.
IDM has established a modern facility as per cGMP standards as the first manufacturing company specialized in hormones production in the area.
Now we expanded our line to have dedicated building to produce Generic products include solid dosage forms & liquid dosage forms
The company has two manufacturing plants located on a 705 sq.m. and the total area of the company is 4072 sq.m.

In terms of environmental performance, this involves minimizing solid, liquid, and gaseous pollutants generated by the company’s operations.
Compliance: Implementing all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
Objective Setting: Establishing measurable objectives for quality, including increasing production volume and quality, boosting sales, reducing waste, and adding new production lines. Environmental objectives focus on preventing pollution from solid, liquid, and gaseous waste. Occupational health & safety objectives focus on preventing accidents and hazards related to machinery operation and handling of chemical materials.
Employee Development and Awareness: Raising employee competence and awareness, emphasizing the importance of their role in meeting quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements relevant to their work.
Protection of Employees and the Environment: Ensuring the minimization of harm or injury to employees and implementing all procedures and instructions related to environment, health, and safety.
Training and Participation: Ensuring that employees fully understand quality systems and are trained to comply with all requirements. Employees are also encouraged to participate and provide input in developing the application of quality systems and improving performance.

أن نجعل الأدوية عالية الجودة في متناول الجميع وبأسعار مناسبة، وتلتزم الإدارة العليا لشركة الدولية للدواء وجميع العاملين فيها بتطبيق المواصفات الدولية ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 والعمل على إتمام تطبيق الـ GMP السورية تدريجياً وذلك بغية تطوير المنتج والارتقاء بسوية الإنتاج ومطابقته للمواصفات الدولية المعتمدة والعمل على التطوير والتحسين المستمرين لفعالية نظام إدارة الجودة بهدف زيادة رضا الزبائن وتحقيق شروط الصحة والسلامة المهنية للعاملين والمحافظة على البيئة، وذلك عن طريق الالتزام بإجراءات وتعليمات العمل وبما يتوافق مع التشريعات والقوانين الناظمة لعمل الشركات الدوائية.
سياستنا في الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة
تلتزم الإدارة العليا لشركة الدولية للدواء وجميع العاملين فيها بتطبيق المواصفات الدولية:
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 ونظام الـ GMP السوري.
كما تلتزم الإدارة العليا للشركة من خلال تطبيقها لأنظمة الإدارة بما يلي:
1- التطوير والتحسين المتواصل لعملها وذلك بهدف زيادة فعالية أنظمة الإدارة لديها من النواحي كافة: فمن ناحية الجودة لزيادة رضا الزبائن وتلبية متطلباتهم. ومن ناحية البيئة بالعمل على تخفيف الملوثات الصلبة والسائلة والغازية الصادرة عن عملها.
2- تطبيق كافة القوانين والتشريعات والمتطلبات الأخرى المتعلقة بالعمل في الشركة، فيما يختص بالجودة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة المهنية.
3- وضع الأهداف المتعلقة بالجودة من حيث تطوير الإنتاج كماً ونوعاً وزيادة المبيعات وتخفيف الهدر وإضافة خطوط إنتاجية جديدة، وتلك المتعلقة بالبيئة لمنع التلوث الناجم عن مخلفاتها الصلبة والسائلة والغازية. أما من ناحية الصحة والسلامة المهنية فتكون بتفادي الحوادث والأخطار الناجمة عن العمل على الآلات والتعامل مع المواد الكيماوية.
4- رفع مستوى العاملين لديها وتوعيتهم والتركيز على أهمية دورهم بتلبية متطلبات الجودة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة المهنية كل فيما يتعلق بعمله.
5- ضمان تخفيف ضرر وأذى العاملين ضمن الشركة وضمان تطبيق كافة الإجراءات والتعليمات المتعلقة بالبيئة والصحة والسلامة المهنية.
6- التأكد من فهم العاملين في الشركة لأنظمة الجودة وتدريبهم على الالتزام بشروطها على أكمل وجه، وكذلك مشاركة العاملين في الشركة ومشاورتهم في تطوير تطبيق أنظمة الجودة وسبل تحسين الأداء فيها.
